HELPING YOU DISCOVER THE LIGHT THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN WITHIN YOU
HELPING YOU DISCOVER THE LIGHT THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN WITHIN YOU
Every person carries a story. Some chapters are joyful. Some are painful. Some become the very reason we discover who we truly are. My story isn't about perfection. It's about transformation.
If you've found your way to Colorful Living, chances are you're searching for something deeper. Maybe you're ready for change. Maybe you're exhausted from carrying emotional weight you've hidden for years. Maybe you're beginning to realize that becoming your authentic self requires more than positive thinking.
Wherever you are in your journey, I want you to know one thing:
I’ve never believed that my past defined me.
What I’ve learned, though, is that knowing your past doesn’t define you and actually living from that knowing are two very different things.
For much of my life, I’ve been willing to question the stories other people told about me—the labels, assumptions, expectations, and judgments. But along the way, I discovered something even more important: other people’s perceptions of me only have as much power as I give them.
My journey has taken me through experiences that have challenged me, humbled me, surprised me, and changed me. I wouldn’t erase any of them. Even the painful experiences have contributed something to the woman I am today. They taught me resilience. They challenged my assumptions. They showed me parts of myself I might never have discovered otherwise.
And somewhere along the way, my spiritual path gave me an experience that changed how I understood my own story.
I had an intuitive drawing and reading with Fox Fire. During the reading, she told me that I had three master teachers: Merlin, myself, and one who was not yet ready to reveal itself. She also shared a past-life interpretation in which she saw me as being similar to Bavmorda, the powerful sorceress from Willow.
Then she told me something I’ve never forgotten.
She said that in this incarnation, I had been allowed to keep my powers—but this time, I had been given a heart. They wanted to see what I would do with it.
Whether you interpret that experience literally, symbolically, spiritually, or simply as a powerful piece of personal mythology, the message stayed with me.
What do we do with everything we've been given?
What do we do with our power, our pain, our gifts, our mistakes, our desires, our contradictions, and the parts of ourselves we've been taught to hide?
That question sits at the heart of my work.
I don’t believe transformation requires becoming a completely different person. I believe it requires becoming more honest about who you already are.
That means making room for the whole story—not just the parts that look good on paper. It means learning from your shadow instead of automatically treating it as something that needs to be eliminated. It means questioning the beliefs you've inherited, recognizing when someone else's perception has become your own, and developing the courage to decide for yourself what your experiences mean.
I’m not a coach because I have life figured out.
I’m a coach because I’ve learned to trust my own knowing, embrace the messy parts of my story, and find meaning in experiences I once could have viewed very differently.
And I believe you can do the same.
Your past is part of your story.
It is not the authority on who you are.
You get to decide what you do with your heart, your power, your story—and what comes next.
Colorful Living was born from one simple belief:
Every part of you deserves to be seen.
Not just the confident parts. Not just the successful parts. Not just the joyful parts. Every part. Because the parts you've been taught to hide often hold your greatest wisdom, your deepest compassion, your strongest resilience, and your brightest light.
My mission is to help people stop surviving and start living authentically—with confidence, curiosity, courage, and joy.
Everyone deserves acceptance: No exceptions, no conditions, no proving your worth.
Find the gift in the grit: Even your messiest moments have meaning.
Healing requires honesty: You cannot transform what you refuse to look at.
Your story has value: Every messy chapter is a vital piece of your power.
Practice radical self-acceptance: It’s not just a buzzword—it’s a revolution.
Honor the dark: Because avoiding it only makes it louder.
Authenticity is freedom: The moment you stop pretending is the moment you start living.
Play with the weird: Shadow work can be fun (yes, really).
Laugh through the lessons: Humor is sacred.
Every coaching relationship begins with one commitment:
Creating a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are.

People often tell me they feel...
Heard - Accepted - Safe
Inspired - Empowered
That's because I don't believe coaching is about fixing people. I believe it's about helping people recognize the incredible strengths they've carried all along.
